Robots were going to be game changing. And we wanted to change the game.
Three years later, that’s still how I explain the early days of Symphony. In that time, we’ve gone from crazy idea, to having a crazy great team. We’ve gone from four Founders, to a team of over 120 people distributed across the U.S., U.K. and Poland (with more locations to come – stay tuned!). We’ve gone from an amazingly generous and trusting first client, to helping dozens (and dozens) of the world’s leading organizations across banking, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, soft drinks, gaming, entertainment…and the list goes on. We’ve done work in over 21 countries, automated literally thousands of processes and had the privilege of working with peers across the globe, all striving to create insanely great digital transformation journeys.
With this most recent milestone, I stop (for only a quick second – there’s a lot of work to be done!) and look back on the last three years and on all that we’ve been able to accomplish in such a short time. I also look forward at an intense and energizing set of new strategic growth initiatives that will take us and our clients into an even more exciting world of really useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enterprise-grade Intelligent Automation. But much more importantly, I look inward at the family that Symphony has become. I feel honored to have shared this ride with some of the smartest, funniest and most interesting folks I’ve had the good fortune to work with. Thank you Symphony Team! You’re the best. I’m looking forward to adventures ahead.
